This fishy, fibre-packed meal is a tasty and healthy delight! A delicious low-calorie meal.

This is what an exciting plate of food should look like - healthy, colourful and utterly inviting. With all that garlic butter and the spice from our coating, it doesn't smell half bad either!

Fibre and its impact on your gut health is something we take seriously at Lo-Dough - and this plate of food represents nearly half your daily fibre intake. It's stacked with amazing macros (cals, carbs, protein, fibre, fat), but also contains healthy fats and a wide array of micronutrients.

Tasty low-calorie meals

And the taste? Southern tasting coating, garlic butter, veggies, salmon... it's a perfect marriage and the taste is absolutely amazing.

The nutritional info below is for the salmon itself. The garlic buttered veg will vary, depending on what you use, but will come in at approx 157 kcal, 5g carbs, 10g fat and 7-8g of fibre, meaning this low-carb, low-calorie meal provides half your daily recommended intake of fibre in one sitting!
